Born in the USA, the daughter of a US Diplomat, Audrey has had the amazing privilege of experiencing various cultural environments over her lifetime.

 

Returning to the USA for her university education, Audrey completed a Bachelor of Arts in Political Science and Asian Studies (University of Rochester, New York) and then for ten years worked in the investment banking industry in both the USA and Australia.

 

Inspired by her own desire to grow and change, Audrey transitioned away from finance in the late nineties and in 1998 completed her training to become an accredited coach and full member of The International Coach Federation.

 

Concurrently, Audrey trained as a Psychotherapist, and by the beginning of the new millennium, was also the mother of two beautiful young children. For the next decade she managed a bustling home and thriving coaching and counseling practice.

 

Now with two grown children and more than 20 years experience working as a Therapist, Coach and Executive level Business Consultant, Audrey continues to train and equip herself (she even completed the Montessori Internationale Teacher Training Program while living in Bergamot, Italy in 2003) with the knowledge, expertise and up to date research required to help her clients achieve the consistent and sustainable results they desire.

 

Audrey currently resides in Sydney, Australia.
